Returns
All returns must be made within 7 days of your purchase date, all returned items must be in new & unused condition, with all original tags & in their original box/packaging. WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGES NO REFUNDS.
For Items Delivered & Installed
All items delivered & installed cannot be returned or exchanged unless its for warranty purposes
(PLEASE NOTE EACH ITEM HAS ITS OWN INDEPENDENT WARRANTY DEPENDING ON ITS FUNCTION)
All clients are responsible for ensuring their own satisfaction after your item is set up
Your delivered/installed item can ONLY be returned/exchanged if :
80$ RESTOCK FEE MAY APPLY IF ITS NOT UNDER ANY REASON ABOVE.
Order cancellations
After placing an order, You may cancel your order anytime BEFORE receiving / picking up your item(s). ONLY STORE CREDIT MAY BE ISSUED ON YOUR INTIAL DEPOSIT AMOUNT.
Every client is responsible for ensuring their new furniture will fit through their home hallways, doorways, and entry points / stairs.
All items dimensions are available upon request.
Custom orders
Custom orders are specially made just for you. Once a custom order is placed. There is no cancellation or return applicable , in the due scenario that you change your mind we will issue store credit on your initial deposit amount and find an option that best fits your needs.
Return Process
After an item has already been delivered & installed it cannot be returned or exchanged. (Unless it’s under warranty purposes.)
To return an item please email decornersd@gmail.com or contact us via text (619) 805-8335, After receiving direct instructions place item in original packaging with proof of purchase.
* please note that return items shipping & delivery costs will only be covered by us when items are originally delivered by us*
If an item has been picked up you are responsible for returning it to the same location you originally picked it up from
Refunds
DECORNER FURNITURE BOUTIQUE DOES NOT ISSUE REFUNDS. WE WILL OFFER STORE CREDIT WITH NO EXPIRATION DATE OR FIND A BETTER FURNITURE OPTION.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
